I had been in the market to buy a new vehicle, and I had heard so many positive comments about Clark Chevrolet. This past February I stopped by after being told about a salesman Danny Reyna. So I went to the dealership and located him. To my surprise he was everything that they had told me he was. This dealership is very fortunate to have such a great person. He explained my options and went to great lengths to educate me on the 2013 Chevy Equinox. But at that time was just looking and trying to educate myself on this particular vehicle. During the time in February and into the time I decided to make a purchase, Mr. Reyna had been in contact with me. Of course letting me know when this vehicle would be available. I purchased my vehicle on May 16th and during the process which I figured would be a long time turned into a few hours. During the whole process and into the time I went into the Finance Dept. everyone was so nice and courteous. When I arrived at the Finance Office, I was greeted by a wonderful lady her name is Ms A. Perez. She made me feel so at ease and was so very accurate in explaining all paperwork and the processes that followed. My new vehicle was detailed and ready for me to pick up on Friday afternoon May 17th. I was so excited and couldn't believe that everything went so smooth. After visiting 2 other local Chevrolet dealers, I was left with a lot to be desired. The sales reps were not very knowledgeable when it came to the Traverse. When asked if the base model came with a USB connection, I was told "no". When asked if the seat could be manually adjusted - as in raising or lowering - I was told "no". I received several "I don't know" when asked other questions. The sales managers were pleasant and professional, but I wasn't "wowed" by any offers. When I finally came to Clark Chevrolet, Carlos, the sales manager I first spoke with, immediately "wowed" me with a fantastic price on a 2013 Traverse, and Julio Pena totally impressed me with his sales skills and product knowledge.
