Seven-Time Mark of Excellence Recipient
This year marks the seventh consecutive year that General Motors recognizes Charles Clark Chevrolet as a Mark of Excellence Genuine Leader Award recipient - the highest honor that a dealer can achieve. This achievement ranks Clark Chevrolet in the top 6% of all 4,200 Chevrolet dealers in the United States. The recognition of being a Genuine Leader takes a great deal of focus and effort. A Genuine Leader must meet stringent objectives for sales, purchase-delivery satisfaction and customer service satisfaction. The Clark Team had to meet or exceed the objectives assigned by Chevrolet in order to earn the honor. In addition, Chevrolet also surveyed Clark Chevrolet's customers, where once again the Clark Team had to meet or exceed the delivery and customer service objectives set by Chevrolet for a percent of customers who indicated they were completely satisfied.
This is the seventh consecutive year that Charles Clark Chevrolet has achieved or exceeded Chevrolet's exacting standards in both sales and service. Clark Chevrolet is the only Chevy dealer in the Valley to have achieved this honor seven years in a row.
